You can put products in your bag without signing in, but you will need to sign in when you would like to purchase the item(s).
Simply follow these steps to place an order on Anestcollective.com:
1. Sign into your account.
2. Select your items and click ‘Add to Bag’.
3. When you are ready to place your order, go to ’My Bag’ and follow the prompts at checkout. Payment must be completed within 30 minutes, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order number. If you are located in Mainland China, you will also receive a text message.
If you need to change your order information, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible via our live chat, WeChat or email ([email protected]), and we will do our best to assist you.

We currently accept payment with AliPay and WeChat Pay. If you are shopping outside Mainland China, you can also pay using Visa and Mastercard supported by AsiaPay.
You will be charged in RMB with AliPay and WeChat Pay payments. For credit cards users, payments as well as refunds are made in Euro (EUR). To receive an accurate price conversion and information about any additional charges related to your transactions, please contact your payment provider.
SHIPPING
Your order will be dispatched from Shanghai via SF EXPRESS or DHL Express, depending on your delivery address.

We currently ship to the following destinations:

Asia: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea.
Europe: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark.
United Kingdom.
Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we use SF EXPRESS for all our deliveries in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Orders from all other countries and regions are shipped via DHL Express. Please note, local taxes and duties will be included in the order.

Your item(s) will be shipped from Shanghai within 2 business days of receiving your order, excluding Chinese public holidays.
The shipping fees will be displayed at checkout, with local taxes and duties included in the price of the item(s).

Please note, ANEST COLLECTIVE is not responsible for customs inspections, issues with the courier supplier, or delays due to force majeure.
SF Express or DHL Express will leave a note for you to pick up your order at a designated pick-up location, local to you. They will also leave contact details and a tracking number, should you need to speak to someone about your delivery. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services team via our live chat, WeChat or email ([email protected]).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email (and text message, if in Mainland China) with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order via our ’My Orders’ page.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return your item(s) to ANEST COLLECTIVE, but we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment. Please make your return request online within 7 business days from the date you received your item(s), and return your item(s) in their original condition and packaging, as detailed on our ’Shipping & Returns’ page. All our returns are complimentary.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. It can take up to 14 business days to process your refund, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
