By visiting the Website, your (“You” or the “User”) use of the Website constitutes your agreement with ANEST COLLECTIVE and be bound by these Terms of Use and your consent to the Privacy Policy published by the Website. Your purchase and order of products on this Website constitutes your agreement with ANEST COLLECTIVE. For each order you place on the Website, your agreement of the Terms of Use in force as of the date of your order is required. The Terms of Use in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.

Customer Account

You are required to create an account or log in to your existing account in order to place your order on the Website. The Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference in these Terms of Use, sets out how the personal information you provide will be processed.

Your user name and password are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Placing an Order

You may place your order via the Website.

For each product selected on the Website, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of the item, its coloring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order.You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order.

Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to ANEST COLLECTIVE for processing.

While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the ANEST COLLECTIVE products in the photographs displayed on the Website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer or mobile device. If there occur any special situations such as if the product ordered by the user is out of stock, ANEST COLLECTIVE is entitled to, even after accepting the Order Confirmation; reject or cancel the user's order, subject to a timely notification to the User, and ANEST COLLECTIVE shall not be responsible for any liabilities thereof. 

ANEST COLLECTIVE reserves the right to cancel any Order Confirmation by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if ANEST COLLECTIVE has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms of Use, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other illegitimate business reason.

For any exceptional order, the User should contact ANEST COLLECTIVE Customer Service as soon as possible within a reasonable time and provide us with necessary information and assistance in resolving such abnormality.


Order Confirmation

Before confirming an order, you shall carefully read the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use. If you do not accept Terms of Use, please do not order through the Website. Once clicks the “Proceed to Checkout" button, it constitutes your confirmation that you have carefully read and agreed to sign off this Terms of Use.

After you click on the "Process" button, and complete the payment of relevant amount, it is deemed that you have confirmed your order which constitutes a contract with ANEST COLLECTIVE to purchase the products included in the order according to this Terms of Use. Subsequently, orders will be submitted to ANEST COLLECTIVE for process. Given that the products displayed and offered on the Website are subject to availability, and under certain circumstances error or data delay may occur on this Website, especially when there are several customers simultaneously place orders for the same product; you agree that ANEST COLLECTIVE may at its discretion to decide whether to accept your order if we found any product out of stock. This means that in such circumstance ANEST COLLECTIVE is entitled to terminate the purchase contract unilaterally and unconditionally without bearing any liability towards you.

You will receive an order confirmation by SMS (in Mainland China) or E-mail after we confirm to accept your order and the purchased contract been achieved according to the phone number provided by You.

ANEST COLLECTIVE shall confirm the conclusion and validity of the purchase contract by sending SMS (in Mainland China) or E-mail which contains the relevant order number applicable to this transaction, after confirming successful receipt of payment and the availability of the order. The Terms of Use shall take effect immediately after ANEST COLLECTIVE send out the SMS (in Mainland China) or E-mail confirmation. If multiple products are ordered in one order, and ANEST COLLECTIVE only sends out SMS (in Mainland China) or E-mail Confirmation  applicable to some of those products, the Terms of Use between ANEST COLLECTIVE and You shall be established for such products only.


Product Available

Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are subject to availability. ANEST COLLECTIVE shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products. For avoidance of doubt, ANEST COLLECTIVE reserve the right to display on the Website any products that are stock outage or unavailable.

ANEST COLLECTIVE reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice.

Details about the availability of products are provided when you place your order. At times, errors or data delay may exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In case a product is not available after you have placed Order Confirmation, we will inform you by SMS (in Mainland China) or E-mail or by Email as soon as possible. You will be invited to choose another available product on the Website as substitution for the unavailable product or to cancel your order.
Payment

All prices of ANEST COLLECTIVE products are published in local currency on this Website.

ANEST COLLECTIVE reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time your Order Confirmation provided the product ordered is available. ANEST COLLECTIVE reserves the right to reject your Order Confirmation or cancel the purchase contract if the products are not available or in other special cases and will not assume any responsibility towards you.

The currency is accepted in RMB with AliPay and WeChat Pay. For credit cards user, payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).

Payment is due maximum within 30 minutes upon the click of “Checkout” button, otherwise such intention to submit the order will be cancelled automatically. You can complete the payment on the Website through the payment methods accepted as displayed on the Website.


Cancellation

Unless otherwise regulated by law or under special condition of Terms of Use, once the products been delivered, the User shall not be able to change or cancel the order. In case the user has the right to cancel the order, if the User has already made the payment, ANEST COLLECTIVE will return the payment (the amount is deducted the delivery fee, tax&duty, VAT or any surcharges etc.) received to the original payment account. Above clauses shall not restrict the return rights


Invoice

Mainland China

According to the requirements of the State Administration of Taxation, taxpayers in general retail commercial enterprises of tobacco, alcohol, food, clothing, shoes and hats (not including special labor protection), consumer goods, cosmetics may not issue VAT special invoices. Currently, ANEST COLLECTIVE will only issue VAT normal invoice for Users; and subject to discretion of ANEST COLLECTIVE, electrical invoice may be processed once all applicable conditions are met.

If you would like to receive an invoice for the product purchased, you need to fill in the invoice information form on the Website (Company or Individual) and the tax number of the Company. The User can also contact Customer Service to inform the invoice title in the same month upon receipt of the product purchased. The invoice will record the product content of the products actually purchased and the amount actually paid of your order.

International

According to our courier companies and local customs requirements, we will issue invoice and import files according to the information you provided and attached with your order.

After ANEST COLLECTIVE accepts the User's Order Confirmation, it will deliver the products to the address designated by the User in the Order Confirmation. provided such address(es) is (are) located within the Delivery Zone. Any delivery address located outside of the Delivery Zone will be refused during the ordering procedure. Products purchased via the Website may only be delivered to a physical street address within the Delivery Zone. We will not process any order for which a post office box

ANEST COLLECTIVE will charge certain shipping cost as per stated on the Website. The shipping cost will not be refunded in case of Return.

Your order will be dispatched from Shanghai via SF EXPRESS or DHL.

Under normal circumstances please allow 2 – 7 business days for default delivery. If your order is not able to ship immediately, Customer Service will contact you to provide more details and an estimated shipping date.

In case of any error or inaccuracy of the information provided by the User in the Order Confirmation regarding such as the contact phone number and address of the consignee etc, or if the User agrees, authorizes or is aware of, any form of the proxy in receipt of the products, as the consequences, direct or indirect, there occurs any error, delay in the product delivery, and/or any loss, damage, missing, transportation, storage, inspection, and appraisal of the products etc, the User shall be liable for any risks and expenses arising thereof.

ANEST COLLECTIVE is entitled to decide on its own discretion according to the relevant circumstance, whether to deliver the products in batches.

You should check whether your shipment is correct and in good condition on receipt. If the product package was opened without your authorization, or the product was damaged, or there are any other discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should refuse acceptance and note the nature of the potential discrepancy by hand and sign.

If the products do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them and request a refund.
Return Policy

In case of refund, the User shall, in accordance with the following provisions, no later than 7 Calendar days after the next date of receipt by the User, return the products and their accessories or fittings, original packaging, original documents, invoices and all gifts (if any) to the address designated by ANEST COLLECTIVE.

The Website does not provide exchange service but you may return the products and place a new order.

Returned products must not have been used, neither in worn, altered, washed, stained or damaged conditions. The returned products should be in their original condition and packing (all original packaging intact, including the box, packaging materials such as anti-dust bags and boxes, accessories, labels, trade mark signs etc), with all labels and/or signs are attached. Products returned due to quality defects shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.


Procedures for returns

For the products that can be returned in accordance with this Return Policy, you may return the product via our carrier. The specific process is as follows: 

Please log in to your account to apply for return, select the product you want to return and check the reason. After completing the application, You may contact Customer Service according to the instruction on the retune page, and then follow the steps introduced by Customer Service.

You need to put the products, together with other items to return as provided, in the original packaging, before handing over the this return package to the courier which assigned by Customer Service at the appointment time.

ANEST COLLECTIVE shall not accept the return of products unless the products received by ANEST COLLECTIVE meet the requirements as provided in Return Policy.


Refunds

If a refund is accepted, ANEST COLLECTIVE will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund operation will be made within 2 working days of receipt of the product returned which is acceptable in accordance with this Terms of Use, crediting the same payment account used for purchase of the relevant products. Under no circumstances will you be granted any credit notes.

Delivery fee and Local VAT is not included in refund payment, any return & refund payment will be cost in the same currency as purchasing.
The title of the products shall not pass on to the User unless and until the later of the below occurs: 1. the date on which ANEST COLLECTIVE receive the full price for the products; 2. the date on which the products are delivered to the User's designated shipping address. Once a product is delivered to the address designated by the User, the risk of damage or loss of the product is transferred to the User immediately.

Products remain the property of ANEST COLLECTIVE until payment in full is made to ANEST COLLECTIVE. In case of a payment dispute, you agree to return the received products in accordance with the aforementioned return requirements to ANEST COLLECTIVE immediately upon request, and to assume the risks (in particular the loss, theft or damage) relating to the delivered products.
