If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, all our returns are complimentary. You can request a return and a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our Returns Policy
Please note, the following conditions apply to any returns:
Your returned item(s) must be in their original condition, and not worn, washed, ironed, altered or damaged.
All returns must have their security tags and labels intact and attached to the item(s).
All returns must be in their original packaging including any accessories, such as cases, hangers, garment covers, etc.
All purchase documents must be included in the returned package, such as the invoice, receipt, etc.
ANEST COLLECTIVE reserves the right to reject any item(s) that does meet our returns policy requirements.
Our Returns Process
Returns from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Please follow these steps:
1. Go to ’My Orders’ to find the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Click the ‘Return’ button to request the return and select your reason for returning the item(s).
3. You will receive an email confirming your return request.
4. A member of our Customer Services team will contact you to arrange the pick-up of the item via our live chat, WeChat or email. You will need to provide the following information: your full name, phone number, order number, pick-up address and a preferred pick-up date and time.
5. When the pick-up has been successfully arranged, you will receive confirmation via text message and email within 2 business days.
6. Place the returned item(s) in their original packaging, in a suitable shipping box or package and tape securely.
7. We will send an email to confirm the receipt of the item(s) and your return will be processed within 3 business days.
8. If all the return requirements have been met, we will send you details of our refund process.
Returns from other Asian countries and Europe. Please follow these steps:
1. Go to ‘My Orders’ to find the item(s) wish to return.
2. Click on the ‘Return’ button to request the return and select your reason for returning the item(s).
3. You will receive an email confirming your return request.
4. A member of our Customer Services team will contact you via our live chat, WeChat or email (
[email protected]) to arrange the pick-up. You will need to provide the following information: your full name, phone number, order number, pick-up address, and pick-up date and time.
5. When the pick-up has been successfully arranged, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and return instructions.
6. Place the returned item(s) in the original packaging and a suitable shipping box or package, seal securely and attach the DHL shipping label (included in the original package) to the package.
7. We will send an email to confirm the receipt of the item(s) and your return will be processed within 3 business days.
8. If all the return requirements have been met, you will be notified of our refund process.
